(Nasdaq: UFPT), a contract development and manufacturing organization that specializes in single-use and single-patient medical devices, today reported net income of $16.4 million or $2.11 per diluted common share outstanding for its third quarter ended September 30, 2025, the same as in Q3 of 2024. Adjusted earnings per diluted share outstanding for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, was $2.39. Sales for the third quarter were $154.6 million compared to sales of $145.2 million in the third quarter of 2024.
